• This app simulates estradiol levels with injectable estradiol esters • These curves are simulations based on available data from studies, the quality of which is variable and imperfect, and actual estradiol levels may be different • The curves correspond to the averages of many individuals, and levels and curve shapes vary considerably between people • It is assumed that levels and curve shapes scale linearly with dose, but this may or may not actually be true • The graph has a right-click context menu with some more functions, and the graph legend in all esters mode can be interacted with to hide or show esters • See here and here for more information on this simulator • Original simulator made by Aly and advanced mode made by Luna ···
